Chris Stroud has been coerced into the role of Chairman and there are volunteers prepared to take on committee/director roles.
Members will have to pay a subscription designed to cover expenses incurred/to be incurred.
There is provision for there to be subscribers who are not members (and thus their details are not open to public inspection as a member’s register is). Subscribers will have to pay a subscription like members and will be invited to meetings.
Illness delayed the incorporation and preparation to deal with the Schemes of Arrangement has taken priority over trying to raise funds and awareness through the Association.
A bank account is to be opened ( when Yorkshire bank plc sorts itself out) but as yet the Association cannot receive or spend funds!
Hopefully it will take over the torch carried by www.cattlesshares.co.uk and overwhelm this website in a short space of time.
